Here are a few listings of Malaysian scholarships available for local or overseas education (though most scholarships, of course, are for local education). There is no particular order to the lists, so I suggest going through all of them if you are genuinely looking for any available scholarships in Malaysia.

1) StudyMalaysia Student Hotspot: Scholarship
- provides an extensive list of scholarships that are searchable by certain criteria (like type of fund, type of organisation, local or overseas)

2) MalaysiaCollege.com’s 2004 List
- I couldn’t find a more recent list because the site seems to be undergoing some problems at the moment. But this list seems extensive. So, even though it is for 2004, you might get some idea of the organisations offering scholarships and can thus, look out for them in the near future.

3) MACEE’s List of Scholarships to the United States
- MACEE’s list seems to be mostly concerned with graduate-level scholarships, but nevertheless, the list seems to be pretty useful for scholarships to American universities.
